THE RULES

To Qualify:

• Entrants must agree to allow coverage of their project in Community Care Magazine, on-line and at events.
• The name of a team on the entry form is not sufficient. At least one name as leader, manager, or representative of the team must be given.
• A number of representatives, at Community Care’s discretion, (who may include service users) of all commended entries will be invited to the presentation ceremony in London, where the Minister for Care Services will hand out the honours. 
• The closing date for entries is 6th February 2008. 
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
• Faxed entries will not be accepted.
• The new way of working must have been implemented within the last two years (start date 2005).
