THE RULES

To Qualify:

• Entrants must agree to allow coverage of their project in Community Care Magazine, on-line and at events.
• The name of a team on the entry form is not sufficient. At least one name as leader, manager, or representative of the team must be given.
• A number of representatives, at Community Care’s discretion, (who may include service users) of all commended entries will be invited to the presentation ceremony in London.
• The closing date for entries is 4th February 2009.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
• Faxed entries will not be accepted.
• The new way of working must have been implemented within the last two years (start date 2007).
• You may enter more than one category/client group, but you will have to submit these individually.
